Chiropractic / Rehab Assistant
Fort Wayne | Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chiropractic / Rehab Assistant to help support patient care and day-to-day clinic flow.
This role is a strong fit for someone with interest or experience in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, rehabilitation, athletic performance, or patient care.
The role
You’ll spend a large part of your day:
- Coaching rehab and corrective exercises
- Working directly with patients
- Supporting exams, re-exams, and progress tracking
- Keeping the clinic organized and on time
What this role requires
- Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate movement
- Attention to detail (form, positioning, patient response)
- Strong communication with patients and team
- Ability to stay organized and follow through in a steady, fast-paced environment
Who this tends to fit
- Experience coaching, training, or working with people
- Basic understanding of movement (or actively learning)
- Takes initiative and handles what needs to be done
- Reliable and consistent in how they show up
This role is best for someone who enjoys being active, working with people, and staying engaged throughout the day.
Relevant experience may include (not required)
- Exercise science or kinesiology
- Personal training or strength coaching
- PT tech or rehab aide
- Chiropractic or medical assistant
Helpful (but not required)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Education or certifications in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field
- Experience with patient care and rehabilitation
- Understanding of exercise physiology in a clinical or rehab setting
