Allen County Family & Sports Chiropractic is hiring a Massage Therapist & Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced, results-driven clinical setting. This is not a spa role — our care is focused on recovery, movement, and measurable progress.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapeutic massage (recovery, mobility, function)
- Assist doctors with therapies and patient flow
- Support scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communication
- Keep treatment areas clean and organized
- Help the clinic run efficiently
Schedule + Pay
- Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+ occasional Saturdays)
- Base + per-massage pay; $55K–70K/year typical
- Consistent patient volume
Requirements
- Indiana massage license + current CPR/AED
- Strong hands-on skills (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Prenatal)
- Able to perform 5+ sessions/day
- Strong communication and reliability
- Comfortable in a clinical (non-spa) setting
Preferred
- Experience in medical, chiropractic, or rehab settings
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and chiropractic philosophy
- Cupping or trigger-point experience
