We’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to do great hands-on work, build a loyal clientele, and play an active role on a collaborative healthcare team.
At our Fort Wayne — Waynedale clinic, you’ll have multiple ways to build a strong schedule: established referrals from our chiropractic and rehab team, plus community clients seeking therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness massage.
And there’s room to grow beyond massage. For the right person, this role offers opportunities to expand into Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities and become more involved in patient care and clinic operations.

What You’ll Do
- Provide massage tailored to each client’s goals—from recovery and mobility to relaxation and wellness
- Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab staff as part of patient care
- Welcome massage clients from the broader community
- Build strong relationships and grow repeat clientele
- Keep treatment notes and sessions organized
- Maintain a clean, professional, treatment-ready space
- Depending on experience and interest, support additional patient-care and Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities
You’re a Strong Fit If You
- Hold a current Indiana massage therapy license
- Have current CPR/AED certification
- Have strong hands-on skills in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and/or Prenatal massage
- Are dependable, organized, and communicate well
- Take ownership of your work and follow-through
- Enjoy working directly with patients and as part of a team
- Are interested in learning, contributing, and potentially taking on a broader clinic role
A plus: Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, healthcare, sports, or wellness; cupping or trigger-point therapy; knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Schedule
Full-Time | Fort Wayne — Waynedale
Monday–Friday within clinic hours, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
