We’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to do great hands-on work, build a loyal clientele, and grow with a collaborative healthcare team.
Start at approximately 20 hours/week in Goshen, with a clear path to full-time hours in Elkhart as demand grows.
You’ll have multiple ways to build your schedule: established referrals from our chiropractic and rehab team, plus community clients seeking therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness massage.

What You’ll Do
- Provide massage tailored to each client’s goals—from recovery and mobility to relaxation and wellness
- Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab staff when massage is part of patient care
- Welcome massage clients from the broader community
- Build strong relationships and grow repeat clientele
- Keep treatment notes and sessions organized
- Maintain a clean, professional, treatment-ready space
You’re a Strong Fit If You
- Hold a current Indiana massage therapy license
- Have current CPR/AED certification
- Have strong hands-on skills in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and/or Prenatal massage
- Are dependable, organized, and communicate well
- Take ownership of your schedule, clients, and follow-through
- Enjoy collaborating as part of a team
- Want to continue developing your skills and clientele
A plus: Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, healthcare, sports, or wellness; cupping or trigger-point therapy; knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Schedule
Start: ~20 hours/week in Goshen
Growth: Path to full-time hours in Elkhart as demand grows
Schedule: Scheduling is flexible Monday–Friday within clinic hour
