Allen County Family & Sports Chiropractic is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist for a clinical, movement-focused position — not a spa setting. Start at ~20 hours/week in Goshen with a clear path to full-time hours in Elkhart as demand grows. You’ll work directly with chiropractors and rehab staff in a system built on results, not volume alone.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver targeted massage therapy (recovery, mobility, function)
- Support care alongside chiropractors and the rehab team
- Build and retain your own clientele
- Keep sessions efficient, documented, and organized
- Maintain a clean, ready treatment space
Schedule + Pay
- ~20 hrs/week (Goshen) → full-time path (Elkhart)
- Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
- Base + per-session pay; income scales with volume and growth
- Consistent patient demand

Requirements
- Indiana massage license + current CPR/AED
- Strong hands-on skills (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Prenatal)
- Able to perform 5+ sessions/day
- Strong communication and reliability
- Comfortable in a clinical (non-spa) setting
Preferred
- Experience in medical, chiropractic, or rehab settings
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and chiropractic philosophy
- Cupping or trigger-point experience
